When you use the backup feature:

• Backup data is stored for restoration purposes
• You retain ownership of backed-up data

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Savior Bot uses Discord's AI moderation to detect and block violations. Moderation actions are based on warnings: 4 warnings = kick, 8 warnings = ban.

7. Limitations of Liability

Savior Bot is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages from Bot usage.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Bot access for users violating these terms, remove the Bot from violating servers, and delete associated data for severe violations.

Savior Bot and all associated code are the intellectual property of the developers. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Bot without permission.
